The NDIS Service Innovation for Community Participation is designed to support individuals with disabilities in accessing and participating in their local communities. Adom Support’s NDIS Service Innovation for Community Participation program offers a range of services that are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each participant.

These services include:

Individualized Support Planning: Adom Support works closely with participants to identify their strengths, interests, and goals. Based on this information, a personalized support plan is developed to help them achieve their objectives.
Community Access: Adom Support provides support to participants to access and participate in community activities such as sporting events, concerts, shopping, and social events.
Life Skills Development: Adom Support provides training and support to develop essential life skills such as communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. These skills enable participants to navigate the community more independently and confidently.
Supported Accommodation: Adom Support provides accommodation support for participants who require assistance with living independently in the community.
Employment Support: Adom Support assists participants in finding and maintaining employment by providing support with job seeking, skill development, and workplace accommodations.
