Self-employment support: We offer support to participants who wish to start their own business or work as a freelancer. This may include assistance with business planning, marketing, and financial management.

Service Activities:

  • Planning and Goal Setting: Our team will work with the individual to identify their goals and aspirations for their life stage transition and help them develop a plan to achieve these goals.
  • Skills Development: We will provide training and support to help the individual develop the skills they need to succeed in their new environment, such as communication skills, budgeting skills, or job-seeking skills.
  • Connection to Community: We will assist the individual to connect with relevant community resources, such as disability employment services, housing providers, or social support networks, to ensure they have the necessary support to thrive in their new environment.
  • Monitoring and Review: Our team will regularly check in with the individual to ensure they are on track to achieve their goals, and make adjustments to their plan as needed.
